After your purchase, you can connect to a Techie via phone, whatsapp or sms and if needed the Techie can also perform a video call. You can also schedule a callback to have a Techie fix your issue at a more convenient time.

What types of problems do we fix?

We can diagnose and resolve almost any tech problem via remote technical support. Some of the types of issues we have recently solved are: connecting devices to a home network, setting up a new printer or device to the internet, setting up your smart tv or troubling shotting your andriod devices.

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans that provide unlimited technical support from a Techie for all of your connected devices. In addition, we offer a one-time fix option that covers any single technical issue with your devices.

Our monthly and annual subscription plans cover all internet-connected devices that you own at a single physical address, this includes smart tv, mobile phones, printers, Smart TVs, and android devices.
